2022第七届智利周北京站开幕，智中两国携手再掀热浪

1970年12月15日，智利在南美洲国家中率先同中国建交，半个多世纪以来，两国始终坚持相互尊重、平等互利、开放包容的原则，始终走在中国和拉丁美洲关系蓬勃发展的前列。为了推动两国在贸易、投资、能源、矿业、科技等领域合作优化升级、创新发展，智利官方于2015年在中国首次举办“智利周”系列活动。通过这一契机，智利得以向中国各界的合作伙伴展示国家形象和实力，并取得了丰硕的成果。2022年11月22日，第七届智利周于北京正式揭幕，今年的主题是“向着一个可持续的世界”，着重关注可持续发展、全球价值链和投资、商业中的女性力量、加强定位和建立新的商务联系等方面。

Chile was the first South American country to establish diplomatic relations with China on December 15, 1970. Over the past half century, the two countries have always adhered to the principles of mutual respect, equality and mutual benefit, openness and tolerance, and have always been at the forefront of the flourishing development of relations between China and Latin America.In order to promote cooperation between the two countries in the fields of trade, investment, energy, mining, science and technology, the first CHILE WEEK was held in China in 2015. On November 22nd, 2022, the seventh edition of CHILE WEEK was inaugurated in Beijing, with the theme "Towards a Sustainable World", focusing on sustainable development, global value chains and investment, women in business, strengthening country positioning and leveraging new business opportunities.

开幕式于22日上午在智利驻华使馆召开，通过视频直播的方式实现了北京和圣地亚哥两地的联动。出席开幕式的有智利外交部长西美那·富恩特斯女士和中国商务部副部长王受文先生（视频致辞）等两国领导，同时还有来自全国城市农贸中心联合会、中国国际商会、中国国际投资促进会、中国果品流通协会和中国肉类协会的领导。现场参会的嘉宾还有在中国市场的智利企业、行业协会代表、进口商、媒体、主播达人等200余人。

The opening ceremony was held in the morning of the 22nd at the Embassy of Chile in China, with a live video streaming linking Beijing and Santiago. The opening ceremony was attended by authorities from both countries, including Ms. Ximena Fuentes, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Chile and Mr. Wang Shouwen, Vice Minister of Commerce of China(video message), as well as leaders from CAWA, CCOIC, CCIIP, CFMA and China Meat Association.There were also more than 200 guests attending the conference, including Chilean companies in the Chinese market, representatives of industry associations, importers, media, and KOLs.

随后便迎来了双方中小企业的对接洽谈会，25家智利在华企业分别在各自的展位上，通过商务洽谈、产品展示及数字产品目录，向到场的中方进口商、分销商、零售、电商、消费者进行宣传。现场还备有专门的洽谈区，以便双方企业进一步交流。

Afterwards, there was networking session for SMEs, where 25 Chilean companies in China promoted their products to Chinese importers, distributors, retailers, e-commerce and consumers through business talks, product demonstrations and tasting.

本次智利周上，智利贻贝协会、智利冷冻屠宰企业协会、智利猪肉协会、智利食品协会、智利水果协会和智利葡萄酒协会，经过精心准备，联合举办了一场引人注目的厨艺秀。活动由米其林餐厅大厨使用智利优质食材：新鲜水果、猪肉、牛肉、贻贝、冷冻水果烹饪并佐以智利精品葡萄酒，到场的嘉宾有来自专业媒体、酒店行业的代表、侍酒师、主播达人等专业观众，并将由主播达人录制vlog在社交媒体上传播。大家在欣赏制作过程与品尝智利美食美酒的同时，更加直观地感受了到智利产品的安全性、可追溯性和可持续发展的理念。

Among the activities during CHILE WEEK in Beijing, Patagonia Mussels,Chile Pork, Faenacar, Chilealimentos,Asoex and Wines of Chile Associations prepared and co-hosted a spectacular culinary show. The event was prepared by Michelin restaurant chef using premium Chilean ingredients: fresh fruits, pork, beef, mussels, frozen fruits and accompanied by fine Chilean wines. The event was attended by a professional audience including representatives from professional media, the hospitality industry, sommeliers, anchors and other professional audience, and will be recorded by the anchors for vlog distribution on social media. While enjoying the production process and tasting the Chilean food and wine, everyone was able to experience the safety, traceability and sustainability of Chilean products.

当晚还举办了盛大的“品味智利”晚宴，旨在答谢为智中经贸文化交流做出贡献的来宾，双方领导、两国企业、媒体等代表受邀参加。嘉宾们品尝着智利美食美酒并真诚交流，现场欢声笑语不断，大家在觥筹交错中增进了感情，为夜色添上了浓墨重彩的一笔，也为两国未来在各领域的合作增添了更多可能性。

In the evening, a "Flavors of Chile" dinner was held to thank the guests who contributed to the economic, trade and cultural exchanges between Chile and China,. The guests tasted Chilean food and wine and exchanged ideas, as they enhanced their relationship during the mingling.

近年来，智利一直在全球打造可持续发展的伙伴形象，同时为了迎合本届智利周的主题，23日，主办方组织了两场研讨会。第一场主题为“智利-中国：电动汽车行业展望与机遇”，针对智利电动出租车招标项目进行了推广，活动吸引了多家中国电动汽车企业和相关部委参加。会上，智利能源部长迭戈·巴乐铎先生、智利外国投资促进局（InvestChile）卡拉·弗洛雷斯女士以及智利驻华使馆商务参赞娜塔女士进行了致辞，中国生态环境部气候司蒋兆理副司长阐述了中国应对气候变化的行动，智利能源可持续发展委员会电动汽车部门负责人伊格纳西奥·里瓦斯先生介绍了智利电动出租车采购计划，福田汽车海外事业部新能源业务部营销副总经理刘聪先生也讲述了中国电动汽车企业在智利的发展经验。双方针对各自关注的问题进行了提问和探讨，并表示希望中国电动汽车企业参与到智利新能源出租车项目的投资与合作中。

In recent years, Chile has been working strongly towards having a more sustainable and inclusive development. To showcase the progress and opportunities towards this goal two seminars were held on the 23rd. The first one was themed "Chile- China: prospects and opportunities for the electric vehicle industry". It promoted the bidding project of electric taxis in Chile and attracted many Chinese electric vehicle enterprises and relevant ministry to participate in the activity. At the seminar, Mr. Diego Pardow, Minister of Energy of Chile, and Ms. Karla Flores of the InvestChile, and Ms. Natalia Cortés, Diretor of ProChile Beijing, delivered speeches. Jiang Zhaoli, Deputy Director of the Climate Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment of China, described China's actions to address climate change, Mr. Ignacio Rivas, the head of the electric vehicle department of the Chilean Energy Sustainable Development Agency, introduced the purchase plan of electric taxis of Chile. Mr. Liu Cong, the deputy general manager of marketing of the new energy business department of Foton's overseas business unit, also described the development experience of Chinese electric vehicle enterprises in Chile. The two sides raised questions and discussed their concerns, and expressed their hope that Chinese electric vehicle enterprises would participate in the investment and cooperation of Chile's new energy taxi project.

第二场研讨会就“智利-中国：共同推进能源绿色转型”进行了分享，智利外国投资促进局（InvestChile）卡拉·弗洛雷斯女士进行致辞后，国家发展和改革委员会能源研究所及国际能源合作研究中心刘建国博士、智利外国投资促进总局（Invest Chile）亚 洲投资专员文森特·宾多先生、智利外国投资促进总局（Invest Chile）能源领域投资专员胡安·巴布罗·普赛尔先生、隆基氢能海外技术高级主任工程师杜威先生和智利绿氢企业协会研究主管里卡多·罗德里格斯先生分别进行了主题演讲，介绍了两国在绿色氢领域的发展战略和经验，在深入交流中探讨在该行业的合作契机。作为南美可再生能源投资与发展的领头羊，智利一直致力于挖掘绿色氢的潜力与实用价值，在全球绿色氢能领域正扮演着越来越重要的角色。活动采用了混合形式（O2O），进行了同步线上直播，让更多观众有机会了解智利的新能源政策与合作机会。

The second seminar shared on "Chile-China: Cooperation On Green Energy Transformation". After Ms. Karla Flores of InvestChile delivered a speech, Dr. Liu Jianguo Deputy Director of the Energy Research Institute & National Development and Reform Commission, Mr. Vicente Pinto, InvestChile's Asia Investment Commissioner, Mr. Juan Pablo Purcell, Investment Promotion Executive of Energy Sector of InvestChile, Mr. Du Wei, Senior Overseas Technical Manager of LONGi Hydrogen, and Mr. Ricardo Rodríguez, the research director of H2 Chile, delivered keynote speeches, introducing the development strategies and experiences of the two countries in the field of green hydrogen, and discussing the cooperation opportunities in this industry during in-depth exchanges. As the leader of renewable energy investment and development in South America, Chile has been committed to tapping the potential and practical value of green hydrogen and is playing an increasingly important role in the global green hydrogen energy field. The activity adopted a mixed form (O2O) and carried out a synchronous online livestreaming, giving more viewers a chance to learn about Chile's new energy policies and cooperation opportunities.

智利周北京站的最后一场活动是智利葡萄酒大师班，有12家智利酒庄和40名进口商、分销商参与，专业人士在现场对每一款酒进行了讲解，并介绍了相应的酒庄和背景知识。参与者们在品味智利美酒的同时，深入了解了智利的葡萄酒文化，进一步提升了对品牌的好感和信赖度。

The final event of CHILE WEEK in Beijing was the Wine Master Class, which involved 12 Chilean wineries and 40 Chinese importers and distributors, where professionals explained each wine and introduced the corresponding winery and background knowledge. Participants were able to taste Chilean wines while gaining a deeper knowledge of Chilean wine culture, further enhancing their goodwill and trust in the Chilean brands.

智利周北京站的成功打响，准确定位并提升了智利的国家形象和产品认知，也为北京寒冷的冬日增添了一份热情。11月24日至29日，本届智利周的热度将会点燃成都、上海和深圳，请大家持续关注并积极参与智利周的后续活动，助力中智两国的友好关系迈上更开阔的大道。
